The hotel surprised us with great-looking rooms, although we had to wait until 3 pm for check-in. The service swiftly handled a potential crisis and ensured cleanliness during the busy bank holiday weekend. The location, while let down at breakfast, was ideal for family fun with easy access to attractions like Windsor Castle and comfortable accommodations. Dining offered a variety of dishes, with some improvement possible in the buffet experience. Overall, our stay was great but had some room for enhancement.
